One plant is entirely into cold forging of bolts and various automobile components ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm (diameter) and 6 mm to 350 mm (length). The process includes cutting off blanks from the in-house processed CHQ wires which are then automatically headed and transferred to additional stations that trim, point, and roll out cut threads. The facility is equipped with One Die Two Blow Headers & Trimmers, Multi Station Bolt Formers (From 3 Station to 5 Stations), Centerless Grinders, Flat and Circular Rolling Machines, Drilling Machines, Traub Machines and Latest Tool Room Machines. With a Forging capacity of 4800 MT/Annually.

The second plant or the mother plant feeds the Fastener facility with High carbon, Low Carbon, Boron, And Alloy Steel wires. The process includes Incoming wire testing, Spheroidizing, Pickling, Phosphating, and Wire drawing.

The third plant which is concerned with manufacturing of Welding Electrodes and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding wire. We only source electrode grade steel from TATA Steel. We have 4 fully automatic intermediate wire manufacturing high speed vertical wire drawing blocks with 3-dimensional de-scaler, fully automatic finish MIG wire manicuring lines which includes pre-blocks, wet wire drawing machines with solid tungston carbide drawing cones, inline copper coating tanks, bb block and spoolers for random winding and bulk spooling for layering with latest Imported Layer Winding Machines. Capacity of producing 3000 MT/Annually of MIG, available in 0.80 mm, 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm wire diameters.

For Welding Electrodes, we have completely automatic line with Double Vertical Extrusion Cylinder from Ganga Machines Ltd. With automatic flux mixers and cake producers, fully automatic high-speed wire cutting and straightening machines, fully automatic conveyorized double cylinder electrode manufacturing, gas fired ovens for uniform baking, and automated packing lines for quantity consistency. We are capable of producing 3600 MT/Annually of Stick Electrodes. (BIS Approved)
